Repair Documentation: Record notes, invoices, and photos in AppFolio for accurate history.
Tenant Communication: support scheduling repairs, entry times, and service updates.
Invoice Processing – Enter vendor invoices, code expenses, and ensure timely posting in AppFolio.
Payment Application – Post tenant payments, apply credits, and reconcile charges accurately.
Rent Roll & Ledgers – Maintain up-to-date rent rolls, tenant ledgers, and account balances.
Financial Reporting Support – Assist with monthly statements, owner distributions, and custom AppFolio reports.
Budget Tracking – Monitor project costs, compare against budgets, and update expense records in real time.
Timeline Management – Track milestones, deadlines, and progress to keep projects on schedule.
Vendor Oversight – Coordinate contractors, confirm completion of tasks, and document updates.
Progress Documentation – Record photos, notes, and reports in AppFolio for transparent project tracking.
Lease & File Management – Maintain digital lease files, renewals, and compliance records in AppFolio.
Notice Preparation – Draft and tenants (renewals, delinquency, entry, etc.).
Owner Reporting – Generate accurate monthly statements and custom reports for property owners.
Communication Records – Document tenant and owner interactions for clear, organized history.
Digital File Management – Organize leases, invoices, and correspondence within AppFolio or other cloud based file systems for easy access.
Compliance Records – Maintain up-to-date documentation for inspections, certifications, and legal requirements.
